Striking a blow for cocktail standards

The fine folks over at Kegworks highlighted the Tom Collins in a recent post, an excellent choice for a fine, thirst-quenching summer cocktail.

But it's one of my favorites, and as you see, I had to set them straight. Sour mix, indeed.
